Life as a dog was tough, especially on the streets and in the wild. Twelve years ago, the economy collapsed, forcing many people to leave their homes and abandon their pets. The streets and wilderness was overrun with dogs both former pets and feral. Humans looked for ways to down this population and eventually came up with the Tartaros Plan. Two years later, a great wall was built surrounding the most damaged of cities with forests, plains and a lake. To prevent any canine from escaping they made the wall out of steel and made it fifty feet high. Here, they placed hundreds upon hundreds of captured canines and constantly monitored them through visible and camouflaged cameras. The reason to all this? Besides the entertainment of watching canines fighting one another for food and territory, they research the canines like lab rats. Before setting them free in the great prison the scientists altered their genetics. Every canine was given abilities and through the years, the canines in Tartaros have bred and gave birth to pups born of the changed genetics. What the humans plan to do next no one knows.
