Lots of these cottages and cabins are still in decent condition. Most are big and expensive while others are just plain and simple. Inside these cottages the furnishing is still in decent condition though some do have holes and tears. Leaves and debris from previous autumns manage to get in the buildings through open windows or damaged doors.

On the south side of the lake is the boatyard. Here people could rent or buy boats, even give a little test run to see how they worked. Now most of the boats are gone, and the building itself is bordered up. This suggests the boatyard closed down once the economy collapsed. The boats that still remain are in good condition though some are mildly damaged.
