This is the OOC Area! Anything you can think of would be found here. Games, talk about about anything, make up and show off your art, purchase items from the store, make your own studio or put up graphic requests. Also if you feel like introducing yourself or simply letting us know your going to be absent for any length of time, it too would be here as well as the staff room and archives.

Once you've read and understood the rules you are then ready to make your character. The bio form will be found in the main board, post in the pending board and wait till your character is accepted by a staff member before role playing. If you post it and its not done make sure you put "w.i.p" in the title so we know. Remember you can work on two bios at the a time, but no more than that. This way we save space and hassle.

Once you have gained enough pack members you are then allowed to have your own pack sub-board. There will be a small claim form for you to fill out. Once that is filled and posted a staff member will create your sub-board and you will be given the rank "Pack Alpha." All packs info would be here in their own board, such as the hierarchy, the pack rules, joining form, etc. If you want your lone dog to join in any of the packs you must post the joining form (each form is different depending on the pack). Remember all joinings have to be made in character to make it official.

So, you got your character made and accepted, ready to roleplay, maybe you can stop here to look at a few things? Here you can put up plots or look at other members' plots for better roleplay experience. This is also the place you can submit a form and have your own sub-board to put anything you like for your characters, their posting tables, trackers, short stories or poems about them, anything.

You need someone to adopt a npc character, like a family member, mate, friend, enemy, etc? Or perhaps you ran out of muse for your character but don't want to kill it off. Well your in luck! You can put up adoptions here or even adopt a character if your into that kind of thing. This is also the board where the pup litters are brought up. There is a litter form with information on how to go along it. Remember all pup litters have LITTER: at the beginning.

It was once a large place for humans to gamble their money away and by the furnishings and game machines, it was a truly great place, but not now. Ever since the economy collapsed and the dogs took over the city this place gradually became abandoned even before all the citizens left. Now there are holes in the wall and dirt everywhere but for the animals it still adds shelter and the couches and beds in the hotel section is still comfortable and warm.

It used to be the busiest place till everything happened and the humans were forced to leave. Grass and weeds grow out of the cracks of the long neglected streets, making the place look more like a jungle than an actual city. There are several stores, hotels, motels, parks, schools, you name it. This area is so large that a single pack couldn't take all of it. It adds a lot of shelter and small game if you know where to look.

Surrounding the downtown are the neighborhoods. Most of them used to be pristine and lovely but with the humans gone there was no one to look after the yards and streets. The grass is overgrown, the roads and sidewalks cracked with weeds and grass poking out. The houses too aren't all in good shape but this place does add some shelter and it's the best locations in the city for food. A few years after being abandoned large animals like deer, horse, cow, pig, and smaller game began coming into the city.

This hotel wasn't the largest but it was one of the oldest buildings in the city. The hotel has long since declined years before the economy fell. Most of the furnishings and floors are so damaged that barely anyone goes near it. The restaurants too are in bad shape though most of the silverware and machines were taken.

Just a mile off from the city is the Airport. There are a great deal amount of planes and the building is still in tact. Most of the planes however are wrecked, destroyed from the revoke when the economy fell. The few planes at still stand are rusted from lack of care and use. The seats in the building and the planes are wrecked from dogs that come here to rest.

Just on the outskirts of the city is a lone mansion. It has long been abandoned way before the economy fell. Many said it was because of a murder and the victim now haunts that location. It is very damaged and unstable. No one, not even the dogs go near it for fear of ghosts. Yet, there is little to no real evidence of such a thing.

This is an ancient Fortress that was made deep in the medieval ages. It resides close to the southern wall. It used to be tour site but when the economy collapsed and everything the humans had decided there was nothing there anymore. They took all the relics they found with them right before the wall went up. Even without the humans the place still remains mostly in tact with a great view from the towers.

Near the abandoned fortress in the east is the cemetery. It's fairly big and the south end is right against the wall. There are a few woods here and there. Mostly pine trees. Because the cemetery is so close to the lake the mornings are usually foggy and difficult to see. There are numerous tombs and caves here making it an ideal place for shelter and there is a lot of game around. A river runs through here in the west side.

Several years ago this large place southwest of the city used to be the training grounds for the military. However, when the economy collapsed the military ground gradually became abandoned. Now there is a lot of game around and few places to shelter. Though most of the equipment is gone there are still several training objects that were abandoned. There are several trenches, many of which connect to one another making it somewhat of a maze.

West from the city are the pastures. They mostly make up the entire western side of Tartaros. There are still herds of cows and other farm animals that have been abandoned by humans. It is unclear why, but it is certain the animals are no longer domestic.

Northwest and west is a thick forest. The forest western end is right against the wall though dogs rarely venture that deep into the forest. This place is so thick and the trees so close together that sunlight rarely gets through. Because of this the ground is soggy and there is moss and fungi everywhere.

Close to the wall in a tiny clearing is a cave. Inside the cave is a metal door that only opens from the inside. No dog ever goes near this cave for what's beyond that metal door. The lab; the place where humans change the dogs. After the humans are done with the dogs they take the sleeping dogs to beyond the door. They would open the cage and dump them on the ground before heading back inside the lab.

In the city there is a subway system leading everywhere in the city. However, most of the entrances to the subway throughout the city have collapsed through the years. Now only a few entrances remain which are all in the north end of the city. Most of the tunnels themselves have collapsed and the trains aren't all in such good shape. Some of the human made tunnel walls collapsed, revealing natural caverns and sewers.

On the outskirts of the city is the prison and its grounds. When the humans abandoned this place they took with them most of the prisoners. They left the few that were the worst of criminals. Those criminals died in their cells from dehydration and starvation. Now, the prison yards are a mess. Full of cracks, weeds, overgrown grass and broken down fences.

Taking over the northern side of Tartaros is the mountain. Humans have walled it in, circling around it than through. There are a great majority of cliffs and crevices but more than that are the caves. Hundreds of years ago this mountain used to hold gold and humans mind out of that gold. They settled down and formed a town that eventually grew into the city today.

Northeast is a large forest unlike the others. This forest holds rocks taller than the trees. There are several paths dogs can use to climb up these stone trees and look at the view. There are trees here as well as passages and caves. It was believed this forest was created a long time ago when the water covered this land and molding these stones to what they are today. Regardless of the reason this place exists and used to be a tour site. Stairs, human made paths and buildings still remain though damaged.

On the eastern outskirts of the abandoned city is the large junkyard. There hundreds of piles of junk and several pits made to hold others in. Vehicles litter the area both that was dumped here and work trucks. The ground used to be run on by humans and vehicles but for years now grass has peaked through the trampled earth. There are some pathways in the dump, hidden in all the junk like tunnels. This suggests that homeless people have been making homes in the junk behind the workers' backs. When the humans were to leave the homeless were forced to leave too.

In the east is a lake known as Loon Lake due to the numbers of loons and bird life. This lake used to be a great place for fishermen or teenagers looking for a great time. Surrounding the lake are the cottages and there are several decks. There are still boats littered by the decks though lots of them have sunk or beginning to sink.

Southeast are the ruins. It resides near the wall trees surrounding most of it. There are several passages inside revealing there to be tombs and other things. However all the relics and bodies in the tombs were taken with the humans. Like the fortress it used to be a tour site but not anymore. it still holds a few secrets that even the humans have overlooked.

Making up most of the east is the oak forest. Such as it's name most of the trees here are oak with a few pine, birch, rowan and other types. The forest ends by the wall far in the east. It resides side by side with the ruins and stone forest. There are several small clearings in the forest with ravines and gullies and several rivers and waterfall. Most large game can be found here.
